Stuffing in remote electronic voting in Russia

The elections to the State Duma held on September 17-19 were marked by mass stuffing of electronic voting.

The team Navalny proposed Smart Voting , the principle of which is based on the fact that votes are given to the strongest candidate, the opponent of the candidate from United Russia.

As a result of smart voting in most districts, candidates of the systemic opposition, in most cases from the Communist Party, won.

However, electronic voting crossed out this result and candidates from United Russia received mandates.

Experts note the opacity of electronic voting, anomalous results of re-voting and other violations.
